Krav Maga is a tactical defense system developed in Israel. Krav Maga is used by law enforcement officers, Mossad, FBI, United States Special Operations Forces, Irish Rangers, and British Special Forces.

Imi Lichtenfeld, the creator of Krav Maga, once said “We train so that one may walk in peace.” We live and train in this manner of thought. It is not enough to say I practice self defense. If my family or friends are in danger, I will use what I have learned to protect them as well. This means that we train to be protectors of all life, not only our own.

We train for real life circumstances. We believe in training men, women and children to be able to read their environment, understand an opponent’s true intention and react accordingly. Krav Maga is a system designed for anyone of almost any age to successfully protect themselves and others from possible attackers.
